The new hybrid model cars in 2009 have been a great advancement in technology based on the consumers preferences. But it needs time to come up in competition with the plug-in hybrids.

on their insurance package. The offers are most probably in the form of discounts. Most of the companies offer such discounts for hybrid cars mainly due to the reason that preliminary research has indicated hybrid owners to fall into the preferred insured category.
